What the form sends

Sending the form passes on your name, at least one contact you choose, and what you wrote: the place concerned, what should change, the page that shows it and your link to the place. The address and language of the page you sent it from go with it. One field is hidden from people and exists only to catch automated spam.

How a message is kept and used

Messages are stored by a form service and read together at the next revision of the list. They are used to check and apply what you reported, and for nothing else. A reply is sent only when a message asks for one. Names and contacts are never published, sold or passed to the clubs or organisers concerned; a published correction describes the change without naming who sent it.

Counting visits

Visits are counted by a small script served from this site’s own domain. It sets no cookie and does not follow anyone across other sites. For each page view it notes the page, the page you came from, and the browser, type of device and country inferred from the request; these are read only as totals.

No outside services

No advertising, social-media or other third-party tracking code is loaded here, and no external fonts, map tiles or images either. A link to a source or a map leads to another website with its own rules. The company that hosts these pages processes technical data, IP addresses included, as far as delivering them requires.

Deleting a message

To have an earlier message deleted, write again through the form with the same name and contact and say what should go. It is removed from the form service when messages are next read. No confirmation follows unless you ask for one and leave a contact.

Terms of use

The cards are offered as a starting point, not as a promise that a club meets or a tournament is held on a given day; check with the place before travelling. The dataset may be reused under the licence named in the file, with a mention of the source.
